1. Acorn regulatory winning a Clonmel Chamber award.

We’ve been working with Brian and the team at Acorn Regulatory for a few years and helped them refresh their brand back in 2017 creating a new tagline, brand story, website and messaging. It’s amazing to see how this team go from strength to strength, year in and out.
2. Cork Airport winning coveted spider award
“Our highlight in 2019 was to win the Best Business-to-Consumer Award at the 2019 Spider Awards, Ireland’s most prestigious digital awards ceremony. The award was for Cork Airport’s most recent drive to increase brand awareness and maximise bookings through its digital marketing campaign ‘Love Taking Off’.” – Kevin Cullinane
In late 2018, TOTEM began working with the Cork Airport team to refresh their brand and positioning, which culminated in the launch of their new tagline and campaign ‘Love Taking Off’ earlier this year. 3. Griffith College hosting a new alumni workshop
“One of our standout moments was our alumni workshop business event in Cork, it was the first time we carried out an event like this outside of Dublin. TOTEM has been working with Griffith College since 2018 and are delighted to have the opportunity to support what is Ireland’s largest independent third level institution, in communicating their brand online.
4. Horizon8 officially launches in Europe

When HengTian approach TOTEM this year to rename their brand for the new US and European arm of their technology company – we couldn’t wait to get started. 5. Local link's making a difference every day.
“I met a passenger at an event recently who was 92. He uses Local Link every day. He was in good health and very grateful of our service. That invigorates you because you’re working in an industry that is worthwhile and providing a much-needed service.” – Maureen Cournane
We were delighted to work with Maureen and the National Transport Authority team this year to create a collection of vintage inspired posters that would fuel the imagination, inspire adventure and promote their Local Link network that connects rural areas around Ireland.
6. Onionsack getting green light for US expansion.
“Our standout moment was getting the green light to launch into the United States. It’s the market everyone is interested in but it’s a market that’s been the most difficult to get anywhere near for international firms. The law in that area has changed now and we’re looking forward to launching and leveraging this new business to grow further.” – Jonathan Power
Onionsack have been pioneering conversational commerce since 2006. Totem were delighted to work with them last year to understand their core brand essence and create a new brand identity. We couldn’t be more excited to watch this company’s global expansion.
7. Trivium Vet featuring in the Wall Street Journal.
“A real stand out moment for the business was our interview with The Wallstreet Journal. Our CEO, Louise Grubb made this happen through her networks and due to the innovative product that we’re working on which is seen as a game changer in the sector.” – Liam Byrne
At TOTEM, we’re so excited to be working with this Waterford Start up, that is developing drugs and other medical devices to treat chronic diseases in companion animals like dogs, cats or horses. This brand will one to watch in 2020 and beyond!
8. Cross Electrical becoming contractor of choice

We were selected and it was later confirmed that we were picked based on our quality of work and portfolio. It’s a big job and proves that what we’re trying to achieve is working. We were thrilled to see it go fully live earlier this year and to see their continued recognition in their industry for offering outstanding service. 9. Suir Engineering securing top Scandinavian deal.

10. Cork Chamber honouring past presidents.
“The standout moment of 2019 was our Cork Chamber Founders Dinner. It was a way of honouring our past presidents and celebrating the past 200 years. And the atmosphere at the event was just brilliant. We also launched a book on the night, ‘Championing Cork’ the Chamber’s 200-year history written by Councillor Kieran McCarthy which was a fabulous milestone for Cork Chamber.” – Thomas McHugh

“Trigon Hotels hosted and sponsored the Cork Chamber 200 Dinner at The Metropole Hotel Cork. We were very heavily involved from the theme, look and feel to the food concept and the Trigon Hotels brand was front and center. It was my proudest business moment of 2019.” – Ray Kelleher
We supported both the Cork Chamber and the Trigon Hotel Group though a process of repositioning their brands last year, to better communicate their essence with clarity. We were delighted to see both brands working together to make this hugely successful event a reality.
