CORK CHAMBER’S CHALLENGE
Cork Chamber’s mission is to empower a successful, progressive and influential membership who drive a thriving business community. Having recently gone through a strategy process that redefined their focus and ambitions for the future, they now needed to evolve their brand to reflect this. They wanted to inspire a new sense of magnetism and relevance for the Chamber. And create a more engaged membership base. One where every member could feel like they belonged.
Our first step towards refreshing and repositioning Cork Chamber’s brand, was to create a brand manifesto. We took all the amazing strategic thinking, the vision, mission and aspirations for the future. And we turned it into a simple, bold, engaging statement that could connect with members and would inspire action.
But this manifesto was more than just a public declaration of intent. From it, a tone of voice was created, a messaging hierarchy was defined and key messages for each of the audiences were developed – for individuals, for businesses and for the wider Cork community.
And from these brand guidelines, a whole suite of collateral was developed. From strategy plans to pull-up stands and membership leaflets to thank you cards, all were cohesive. All were fresh, inspiring and dynamic. And all reflected the members and team’s shared goal – of moving forward together, making Cork the best place for business.
