EirGen Pharma is a supplier of life saving medicines. The company needed to refresh their digital identity with a new brand website to showcase their world-class facilities, help grow sales and encourage partnerships. When we’d previously worked with them it was to position them as an exciting company aspiring to huge growth. It was a huge privilege to now be returning to reposition them at the top, as world leaders who’d succeeded in that journey. And we started by simplifying and focusing our brief – what was their key success factor, the key thing they needed to protect? And for EirGen Pharma it’s their people – to continue to recruit and retain the best talent available.
We created a confident, contemporary and responsive website that reinforced EirGen Pharma’s positioning as market leaders and communicated their purpose and mission with clarity and impact. We commissioned a bespoke suite of photography to showcase all aspects of life in EirGen – from their world-class R&D facilities, to their commercial centre and meeting rooms – giving prospective employees a real behind the scenes insight. We crafted a new tone of voice, one that better communicated EirGen Pharma’s brand personality – it’s culture and ethos, it’s commitment to innovation and excellence and the company’s passion for what it does and how it shapes the future.
For us the most important element of the website design was to empower EirGen Pharma to continue to update their communications and conversations with prospective employees. As well as having a new verbal and visual tone of voice, we created a whole ‘Join Us’ portal on the website that went much further than just allowing them post vacancies. From being able to upload photos from team days out and social and community activities, to uploading video testimonials from existing staff members it allowed EirGen to connect with future employees giving them an incredible insight into what their working life with the company could be like. And how it could help them reach their career goals.
